[By design] Masterwork and enchant non-crafted items

    I was able to masterwork and enchant non crafted items. Not sure if this is intended or something new. Both store bought weapons and armor as well as looted ones.

    I thought it was only crafted items or artifacts. I guess there no reason not too. The tool tip says crafted equipable when masterworking. I guess I never noticed that. It the same on live server.

    always been able to , but only with thing that are also craftable, ie you can craft a dropped longbow, but not a shoddy one.
