    Title: Missing connection in POT
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: I am missing one connection to brittany estates in my recent POT upgrade all other connections were added.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 8143
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6084
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.477.Date.03.26.17
    Area: POT_tropicalisland_metropolis_01_template/Celestial Gardens
    Area Display Name: Celestial Gardens
    Loc: (15.9, 69.9, -132.7)

    Reviewed notes associated with the change, and it appears that Brittany Estates is too far away for requested interconnection to be applied. :(

    Seriously? Are they measuring from the edge of the island not the middle? That seems silly....

    Uncertain. I know, though, that it's the same metric that they would use for any other town making the same request. :(

    Not mad at you...just mad that I have connections to brittany fields and central brittany which are right next to estates and I cant get a connection to estates =( makes me sad.
