[By design] New Milling Skills Don't Increase

    4. Details: When I was making Maple Timbers, the new milling skills increased. When I was making Maple Boards, they did not.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Make Timbers, then make boards. Watch skill progression.

    @Vyrin, that is correct. the skills only apply to recipes in the "refined materials" subsection of the milling recipes in your book.

    Goodness. Ok. Does that mean then that the benefits only apply to those recipes too?
    Oh, and does the original skill in the tree still apply to all recipes or did that change?

    yes, the batch size, speed, and exceptional chance bonuses only apply to those recipes. but the base skill for the tree still applies for success chance.
