    Details:
    For Lawlz if nothing else, went to try and enchant a paper party hat, doesn't work.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Grab
    1) Paper Party Hat
    2) 5 Gold Ingots
    3) 10 Mandrake Roots
    4) Attempt above in enchanting table

    User Specs:

    Well, by design it the other way. There isn't a good reason they shouldn't be mw and enchantable @Lexie =P
