[By design] Pulp from Scrap recipe doesn't gain with Batching Materials - Milling

When batch crafting wood pulp from scrap it doesn't increase like the rest of the milling skills do (that I've noticed so far) with the Batching Materials - Milling skill.

@Violation Clauth, that is correct. those three subskills under milling only gain when doing recipes in the "refined materials" subsection of the milling recipes.

hehe. Yeah, by design. I get the frustration but with wood pulp? I think that would be a little tooooo OP
