[By design] Submitting notes about friends doesn't close the window

If you right click on a friend in your list, and select to add a note, write your note, and then click on "Submit", it appears that nothing has happened. In reality, it has in fact submitted your note, but the window does not close, nor does "submit" grey out. I.e., there is zero indication to the end user that anything has occurred. It just appears to be "stuck" waiting for you to submit. It wasn't until I closed all the boxes out and "tried" again that I discovered that the note was actually saved. From a UI perspective, there should be some indication to the end user that their action was successful.

 

I've inquired on this one internally before. It is by design - when it was created, that is how it was intended to work. Enhancements may come down the road but it's something we definitely know about.
