[By Design] the town sees magic water changing statues when they're in the deco pallette

    Details: you can only place one in a town, INCLUDING directly into the pallette. if ones in the pallette did not affect the water, then they'd be switchable by anyone with steward rights, which would make them much more useful and attractive to potential buyers. (it would also be necessary to be able to have BOTH in the pallette to get back to fresh water, for owners who have both.)

    Thanks for the feedback. The current behavior is required to enforce decoration limits. You will also notice that hidden items in the decoration palette also contribute to their respective decoration limits (such as npc's, containers, lights, etc).
