[By design] Unable to place Darkstarr Clocktower on roof of Pristine Gothic Mansion

Details: attempted to place clocktower on large flat rooftop tiled surface, seemed there was enough room, but couldn't get it to go green

Steps to Reproduce:
relogged, checked to verify there was nothing obstructing placement (there appeared to be plenty of room around it), checked to make sure there was sufficient outdoor deco slots available, checked to make sure there was an empty NPC slot in case it's considered an NPC, nothing worked, please help.

@Sophi, things like that are generally flagged to be placed on ground only. lexie can check, but i would be VERY surprised if that's not the case for the darkstarr clocktower.

 

You are correct. It's flagged for ground use (like trees)
