    Title: Unable to place shogun stairs on water platform

    Details: Was trying to place stairs on platform there is enough room and it will not go down.

    Turns out, this is working as intended. It's simply how these items are all flagged from a technical standpoint....it's like putting a table on a table. We won't be able to 'fix' this I'm afraid.
