[By Design] Water well will not place in Row 5 story stone and timber basement

    The crafted water well will not place in the bottom floor (or anywhere else) of the 5 story row basement, even though no objects or walls intersect with the red outline of the well.

    This is by design. Water wells can only be placed on exterior terrain locations.

    Thanks. But you guy's never heard of basement wells?:)

    Puts an unnecessary limitation on the utility of row housing.

    This is a stopgap solution until we do a data pass to create a "bottom floor" deco flag. Otherwise, using the same flags we have now would allow it to be placed on multiple floors of buildings where it wouldn't make logical sense at all. :)
