[By design] Weapon strength damage enchantment

i enchanted "On hit (5%): Weapon strength damage" onto my chest armor. i attack a training dummy for about 30 mins with auto attack and using skills, never got a single proc from this skill. is supposed to give "+33% weapon SDD bonus for 1 minute"

 

I'm pretty sure it procs when you are the target of an attack. I have it on my berserker build chest piece and it procs frequently. Basically, if you're the center of attention with 2+ mobs on you, chances are it will proc.

 

Yes, you will get a buff icon frequently while adventuring. I never have figured out exactly what weapon strength damage is though.

 

Yes, this is when you get hit.
On hit is pretty good for soloing, IMHO.

 

On hit is fairly ambiguous, so perhaps this could also be feedback for the descriptive text. "On being hit" would be more clear.
