Camera effects is overdone

    Details: I generally like the look of the camera effects option but it's a little too much, especially the color. In the screenshots below, you can see what it looks like for me when it's disabled (first screenshot) vs. when it's enabled (second screenshot). I suspect that this may be an OpenGL or Linux issue. Anyway, I feel that it would look a lot better if it were a bit more subtle.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs: Enable camera effects.
    OS: Linux 4.2 Ubuntu 15.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.402.Date.04.05.16
    Area: VillageIslandVariant3
    Loc: (80.3, 242.2, -273.7)
