Camera spins while in and out of combat.

Blocker = no
I have noticed in the last few releases that often the camera will spin and I will suddenly be looking else where.. ( often at the sky ) This happens out of combat and also in combat ( Which is a bigger issue for combat ).

REPO: I am unsure how to repo this though it happens often enough to say just play it enough and you will notice it for sure.

PS: It happens on the Overland map as well..

 

Out of curiosity, how bad would you say your FPS is in instances where you observe the camera turning oddly? This is an issue that we've been observing in scenes with either poor FPS or the occasional frame hitch.
