Can not use Valiant Warden on a Summoned Water Elemental

    Title: Can not use Valiant Warden on a Summoned Water Elemental
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: Can not use Valiant Warden on a Summoned Water Elemental
    Steps to Reproduce: Summon Water Elemental and then use Valiant Warden on it, the ability is used and goes into cool down; however, no buff is applied to the Water Elemental and no xp is consumed. This behavior seems to apply to all summoned pets. (Have also tried with Earth Elemental, Ice Elemental, and the Phoenix)
