Cannot cast Blink in either chain or cloth suit

    Title: Cannot cast Blink in either chain or cloth suit
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: My avatar uses a full chain suit. I used Blink once, a day ago while mining and it worked. When I tried to use it again a few minutes later, the skill was dimmed out and I could not get it to cast by clicking on it or pressing the keybind for it. I switched to a cloth suit, and it was still dimmed out. My Blink skill is at level 2.

    @Sol Stormlin blink only works when not overencumbered so check your weight please
