Cannot deliver mail package to town of Goti, since there is no Town Crier

    1. Reproduction Rate: I've entered the town several times, but do not see a Town Crier, and do not see one on the compass. So I cannot deliver the mail.
    2. Blocker? Only for the delivery of the mail
    3. Details: I was given a local mail package to deliver to Goti, but when I got there, I didn't see a Town Crier on the compass, and when I looked all around the town, I never found one.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: Goto other towns on the same island as Goti. Get a mail package for local until you get mail to take to Goti.

    Town crier in Goti is at the dock with the boats leading to two PoTs.
