Cannot dismiss immolate

Not entirely sure IF this is a bug;

Title: Cannot dismiss immolate
Reproduction Rate: 10/10 100%
Blocker? no
Details: Cannot dismiss the buff "Immolate" from the fire tree, yet I can dismiss Death Shield and Shield of Air
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in
2. Unlock Immolate
3. Unlock another shield
4. Cast immolate on self and notice you cannot dismiss the buff
5. Cast another shield and dismiss, notice that all shield are not created equal
