Cannot Flag on PVP flagged people

    So Currently Some people tell me to just pull out my weapon and attack people who are flagged. but that does not work!!!... why is this feature bugged?

    I do not PVP, but I think you have to visit the Oracle to flag yourself for PVP before you can participate. Another option is to enter a PVP area or POT and accept the notice that flags you on entry.

    This worked a week ago. It should work with trying to heal a PvP player as well, could try that.
    You get a confirmation pop up.

    Hmm. Maybe you want to check your settings and see if you set the thingie to auto decline or something.
