Cannot get into Game

    Since Release 26 I have not been able to get into the game unless it is in the "Play Offline" mode. I have reported this several times since the release 26. The error message I get says "Shroud of the Avatar has stopped working. A problem has occurred that has caused the game to stop working."
    My laptop stats are:
    Lenovo
    Processor: AMD A8-6410 APU with Radeon R5 Graphics
    RAM: 6GB
    System Type: 64-bit
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game SEVERAL times and still the same outcome. I have tried logging into the game as "Run Admin" but that does not work either. This situation has been going on for a several months now so will someone PLEASE let me know what the status is on fixing this problem !!

    I just restarted playing with the news that lots were available. I've had the same issue, I can run offline but I cannot get online.

    My laptop stats are:

    Type: Hewlett-Packard
    Windows Edition: 8.1
    Processor: AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
    Installed Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.46GB Usable)
    System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor
