Cannot log in

I logged out of the game for about 10 minutes. When attempting to restart, the launcher says error updating because another instance of the game is still open. I checked my task manager and it shows no instance running. I tried many times to launch and still no luck.

 

Shut down and reboot I have had this a few time when new updates and patches break things.

 

Thanks for response, Weins. Yes I have tried rebooting computer. Hopefully I have not been hacked and someone is not on my acct. cleaning it out.....

 

If that is evfen a remote concern log in to your account and change it asap even if just a possibility change the password.

 

If I want to re-install the game, what files do I have to delete to force a new install?

 

Just run the uninstall and then reinstall. I’ve done that a few times and worked just fine for me.

 

Just tried logging once more before uninstalling. Game launched. So to summarize, logged out and could not log back on for about 55 minutes. Guess the log out was not successful and character was still in game, though task manager said nothing running on computer. Two Computer relogs did not change the situation. Any how, back in with all my gold and property intact. Thanks for input @Weins201 and @Jaesun .

 

I would still change my password.
