[Not a bug] Cannot Move Deerskin Rug

As you can see in the video, I cannot move my deerskin rug. As you can see, I can move my other rug though, I wouldn't even be upset if there were a destroy option from the home decoration mode because this is driving me nuts.

 

@ebone86, the rug you cannot move says "kindred (private)". the rug you CAN move says "co-owner" without the (private) flag. i see "make item private" in the context menu for the one you can't move. if YOU were the one that made it private, it would say "change item to non-private". therefore, someone other than you flagged that rug private. talk to the person who set the private flag or talk to the lot owner, who can override private flags.
