Cannot open decks

Pressing Y, and using the pulldown to get to decks, makes a noise, but nothing else. I cannot open my decks, pls help

 

Are you in the zone where you make your character or have a new account and maybe haven’t learnt deck building yet?

 

nope, i have around 7 decks. it is the only thing not working atm

 

but thank you for the suggestion, this is so frustrating being stuck in one deck

 

@Evenstar, here's a previous bug report. it looks like in that case the game forgot that was unlocked. do you have a similar message?

 

If you go to combat mode do you have any deck?

 

ok, having the chat window with sys info in it, yes, it says i have not unlocked the ability to use combat decks, think i had about 7 decks

 

Yes, i have my ranged deck, and one i called mount, that uses my coconuts, so i can swap between those 2 decks, but that is all

 

ok, i have fixed the issue, thank you Alley Oop for the info on looking at the system info to see that i had somehow unlearned deck building, simply went to a trainer, relearned deck building and all my decks where there

 

Do you have more than one account? Sometimes settings are remembered between them and would explain maybe why you had to reunlock.
