Cannot place a specific book on bookshelves/tables

    Title: Cannot place "Marlin's Journal - Golem Miner Experiment 0175" on bookshelf
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes, but only for the bookshelf who would like to hold the book. :p

    Details: Book does not go "green" when trying to place on anything other than the floor.

    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to move the book onto a table or into a bookshelf. (see video below)
