    Cool as it would be to place a lot there, I think that is considered on top of a static world object, not a flat land mesh pieces. Unfortunately lots requir flat land mesh area to be placed. Thus, it would be hard to implement placement of lots there (but not impossible.)

    Doing so would mean elevating the land mesh inside the static object so it is sitting close enough to the surface of the object's mesh that you can consider the object's mesh moot in that area and blend it right into the ground mesh.

    This would be several hours of work by a developer, and I don't know if it would be worth it for such a small location. Maybe if one was built that was suitable for a castle or row lot cluster, this would be an option, especially if a vine or ladder is used to get up there to make it something unique.

    It is not just not flat for lot, which is sad, but cannot place even small items there:)

    Anyway I guess wishlist is okay forum for this.
