Cannot play. Log in does not work

    Hi there. I have been trying to log in, but it will not work. I can log into the site just fine, but whenever I try to log into the game it fails...
    Checked it out at SXSW Gaming and it looks great. Haven't paid anything, but was under the impression there was a month free trial.

    just keep trying... could be just a network connection glitch... I play from half around the world (in the future) and I get that from time to time...

    Been trying since yesterday, and get the same. Is there an email address for support that I am missing?
    Also, since you are in the future ;), mind getting me some lotto numbers?

    I assume you clicked the PLAY NOW button here, and clicked "create an account" under GET STARTED HERE!. If you continue to get no joy, you can contact support at support@portalarium.com.

    Welcome @CldWksy . I hope you have had luck in getting into the game. Can you mention your system specs? This game has a lot to load compared to many games. So 16 gb of ram is recommended.

    Greetings @CldWksy , I just went thru the create an account and sign in to a trial account to see if there was a problem.

    1. Went to the bundles in the store tab, clicked on Game Access Only in The Add-On Store

    2. Then clicked the Get the Free Trial Here.

    3. Then clicked on create an account

    4. Created an account and then it took me to my account page.

    5. Open the game client I had downloaded and entered the Account name and password just as I had created it and it took me to a place to enter a character name.

    I know you have already done this but I was trying to see if maybe you followed another route that did not work. What messages are you getting when you enter your account name and password? Message me at Warrior B'Patrick and I will help in anyway I can but if you need support email them at support@portalarium.com

    There being easily a dozen things that could go wrong, you need to give us more detail about what you are doing and seeing. If you are as far as the login screen, there is a message box in that window which should say something if a login attempt fails.
