Cannot play songs files from "song folder"

    Title: Cannot play song files from the song folder
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: I try to use /play "filename", and it says file not found. I checked my QA folder and the song files are there. I checked in debug, and it says "cannot play disabled audio source"
    I am able to play from sheet music that I have made prior to the update.
    Steps to Reproduce: Equip an instrument > have a song file in the Song Folder > use /play "filename"
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor (4) System RAM: 8155
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series GPU RAM: 1011
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.393.Date.09.16.16
    Area: POT_swamp_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (102.2, 38.0, 118.8)

    After further testing, it appears that /play "filename" directs to the "sheet music" folder instead of the "song folder"

    I can use the /play filename cmd for songs that are in my sheet music folder, but not my song folder.

    Not sure if this is an intentional switch or there was a mix up.
