Can't assign Potion of Resistance, Magic (+25) version to the combat hotbar.

    Can't assign Potion of Resistance, Magic (+25) version to the combat hotbar.

    Details:
    When attempting to assign the Potion of Resistance, Magic (+25) version to the combat hotbar, it will not assign. The potion is a missing from the assignable list, including when show unavailable is selected.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Open any combat deck for modification. Drag the item to the hotbar. It will not assign. (However, the +50 version may be assigned to a combat deck.)
