Can't bind to a owned house in a PvP zone

4.Details: While testing a different bug about recalling to a house in a PvP zone, I ran across this issue, I couldn't bind to an owned house. I am a trustee on a house in Vengeance, a PvP Pot. I bound to this house so that I could test the zoning to a house where you have guest access. I first claimed a row house. When I tried to bind to it, the option didn't appear as a choice from the gear (options) menu. I then tried a village lot with the same results (the village lot is at Area: Vengeance (POT_desert_metropolis_01_template) Loc: (57.4, 38.0, 58.3)). I used a town deed to claim both places. When I claimed the first lot, I had to unclaim a lot I had in Kiln.
5.Steps to Reproduce:
- set yourself up as a trustee to a house (I have trustee access because I am an officer in the guild) I am not given trustee access via the trustee list.)
- Bind to the house (you are able to do that)
- claim a row house (I used a town deed to do that)
- double click the stone to get access to the house permissions
- find the gear (options) menu
- click on it to open the options menu
- the bind to lot option shouldn't be available (only the manage access and log options are there)
- do the same thing on a village lot (results will be the same)
