Can't enter the Halls of Artifice

    The welcomer is blue, talked to him, I go up about 5 stairs, then there's an invisible wall. How do I get past it?

    Did you follow the questline of the path of truth?

    e.g. Did you in Etceter perform the deed for the harbourmaster and then asked the captain to be brought to Xenos instead of simply going to Xenos some other way like using the overlandmap ferry?
    In Xenos: Did you just walk on to the dungeon or did you in Xenos find the place for the lottery and talk with the Satyr there to be get permission to travel on?
