Can't fasten wall lights or banners on outside walls (left, right, behind) ...

    Details / Steps to Reproduce:
    With a Stucco -row- house (like Museum of Virtues in Mount Midir), it's possible to fasten Banners and Wall lights. Also works with Shogun village size houses.

    It won't work with Shogun row houses (only on frontside!).

    I think it's not connected to a village lot? My Stucco row house is placed on a village lot.
