Can't get out of Etceter Crag Mines.

If you spend the night in the Crag Mines 3rd level. You are not able to get to the surface to get out of the mines. You go to the ladder between 3rd and 2nd. level and are stuck there.
you have to be standing by the dungeon entrance on 3rd floor when you log out. I was expecting to log back in at the top entrance like it used to be when you loged out in the mines.
