Can't get the TipHat emote

    Looking at the patchnotes for 726 it says that Kardan Marbane now gives the tiphat emote even after you have finished the path of love.

    Just tried it (on 727) and he just says "Glad to hear everything worked out for you with that Anapa business! I'm sure my help was quite...helpful!"

    tried all sorts but no way to get the emote.
