Can't masterwork necklace anymore???

    Title: Can't masterwork necklace anymore???

    Reproduction Rate: all of the time =/

    Blocker? --- (not sure what this means)

    Details: Using a Founder's expert smithing table, when I put an exceptional iron necklace on the table with 5 silver and using a prosperity hammer, the gump does not show me that this recipe can be crafted.\

    Steps to Reproduce: Just try it....

    In development a "Blocker" is a bug so bad it makes the software unusable. Extensive crashing, game not starting, possibly even easily utilized exploits. It's something devs flat-out cannot release the next release without fixing (it "blocks" releasing).

    @Leeyds - Thank you for reporting. However this was the response I got from @Attenwood when asked about masterworking of necklaces:

    Bottom line, it was an intended change, by design per the Devs.
