can't move or cast spells on myself or other players in combat

not sure what's causing this.. might be a bludgeon skill that couldin is using, I know it's definitely not a result of his pvp ability! when it happens though I can't move, I can cast spells but they don't do anything to me or my opponent.. can't heal myself, etc. logging in and out fixes it

 

Is this related to Crushing Blow?

 

Need to test it on QA. I hit couldin over and over with every bludgeon skill imaginable and he wasn't getting perma rooted like me. But he would hit me once and I'd get rooted/couldn't cast spells

The effect of being perma rooted is similar to what happens with the PvP confirmation bug. The pvp confirmation bug also happened fighting couldin, but happened while escorting Kazyn through brightbone pass... basically both characters get rooted and can't cast spells, etc then have to login/logout to fix it

 

If we can get a solid repro case, that'd help immensely.

 

We are having difficulty reproducing this issue internally. Is this still visible, and if so, would we be able to work on a repro case for this?
