Can't order from waiter while sitting down

    Details:
    I'm sitting down in a chair at an inn/tavern, and there's an NPC with "waiter" in his nameplate. If I double-click on him, I just get the blue target and nothing happens. When I stand up and double-click on him, his vendor UI opens up.

    In other words, I can't order food from a waiter while I'm seated at a table! What's up with that?!

    I'm putting this in the Feedback side because it isn't quite a bug, but this probably deserves a jira anyhow.
