Can't place Aether Dragon statue on roof of Stone Two-Story Keep

    Details: I tried out the Stone Two-Story Keep, on a Village Lot, and since it has a big roof, I tried to place the Aether Dragon Statue on it. It would not let me place it anywhere on the roof. I could however place the Large Lord British Telescope. So you can deco the roof, just not this statue (I also placed some of the Dragon Eggs on the roof as well, they could be placed just fine). I also tried placing it on JUST a blank lot. Interestingly, you can only place it on a few select spots? You could not just place it anywhere on a completely empty Village Lot.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to place an Aether Dragon Statue on the roof of a Two-Story Keep.
