Can't place Lich totem in Rotunda encounter room

Details: I finally got the blueprint for the rotunda encounter room w/ spawns - so I crafted one and went and took a look - I saw the totem slot and it said it's a Lich Totem Slot - so I crafted a level 1 lich totem and tried to place it in the slot - it stays red and doesn't let me place it.

Rotunda currently accept Kobold totem only. This seems like a display bug for all rooms as all of them showing "Lich totem slot" but some of them do not accept Lich totem

 

Well dang... that stinks Now I've got a lich totem and nowhere to use it and I used all that granite for the room.. ahhHH!!

I guess time to go farm some kobolds - thanks for the help.

So yea - definitely a display bug - and maybe a suggestion too: add what kind of totem the room needs to the item description or name or something?
