Cant read tooltip from lightning debuff when it stacks

    4. Details: Build 628
      I have air specialization at lvl 47 and I think it is supposed to allow the -10 air resist debuff from lightning to stack. However If I hit a mob with lightning more than once and try to mouse over the debuff it doesn't pull up any text. (If I hit a mob once I can see the -10 debuff , but if I hit them a second time and try to read the debuff tooltip to see if it stacked then there is no text to read.)
    The debuff also only looks like it last 20s and chris indicated it should be going up to 1 minute
