Cant receive store gift

    Shows pending even after days...

    Pending just means it hasn't been claimed yet by the recipient.

    Gifts work through emails which has a link.
    Tip:
    1) have the recipient send their email details again
    2) have the sender check their account page, Gift tab and use the [Resend] button and paste to the email.
    3) Have the recipient check their SPAM filter etc for the email.
    4) the recipient must click the link in the email and log in to their account

    If none of the above helps send an email to:
    support@portalarium.com
    With both account details, which item you are trying to send and what you have already tried.

    @MarkusRiot, Hope the information provided by @Spoon helps you with your issue. All of us need help somewhere along the line. Portalariun has a very helpful player base that has probably been through exactly what you have.

    Thanks. Hadn't checked my emails for the links. It might be a good idea to to tell the sender to have the recipient check their email. I was only checking the bank. Heheh
