Can't repair Dread Artifacts

    Title: Can't repair Dread Artifacts
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (Tried all 3 of them, with and w/o COTO's, with and w/o crafting stations).
    Blocker? Yes, received a reward with 0/0 durability (scepter) so cannot use it as weapon nor get the stats from it.
    Details: None of the dread artifacts can be repaired. I've tried all combinations of repair kits and stations and none of them work.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use a repair kit on any dread artifact, get message: "Your tool (Repair Kit - xxxxx) cannot repair this kind of item.
