    Title: Can't Right Click to change Wax Cylinder permissions
    Reproduction Rate: 100% on Sword of Midras, haven't tried others

    Details: You can't right click to change the permissions on the Sword of Midras wax cylinder, you can only change it by moving it.
    Steps to Reproduce: Right click on Sword of Midras.
