    Title: Can't set Earthquake to Maintain.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Can't set Earthquake to Maintain.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to set Earthquake to Maintain, but I can only set it to Training, Unlearning, and Not Training.

    @twofoldsilence that is normal behaviour because it has a following skill which needs a minimum skill of x on earthquake . as long as your skill is under x you see this behaviour.
