can't zoom

    Title: can't zoom
    Reproduction Rate: 2x
    Blocker? annoyance
    Details: on the world map I was unable to zoom in / out. Once I got to owl's head I could zoom in a bit and then it locked, can no longer zoom in and out. I really like the new epic leather helm but i didn't want to stare at it all game...
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.4
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770HQ CPU @ 2.20GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: Intel Iris Pro OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.OSX.64.419.Date.05.27.16
    Area: OwlsHead
    Loc: (77.0, 67.2, -54.4)

    once I bound the zoom in / out in options to something else and rebound to the wheel it started working again
