Captain Cugel of the Guard

When I went to go visit the good Captain Cugel of the Guard in Ardoris, he was walking towards the stairs, then running to the middle of the room over and over again, and was near impossible to talk to, until he spazzed out in the middle of his walk and started spinning around, then I was able to finally talk to him.

 

If I could find him, I'd let you know if I saw the same thing.

 

He's in the Southwest corner about 3-4 houses to the East.

Was there some clue to his whereabouts I missed, or are you just supposed to check every building in Ardoris?

 

All the guards are supposed to answer the question, "Where is Cugel?" but none except the guard at the beginning of the bridge by the entrance actually did for me and all he said was by the waterfront. I couldn't figure out what the waterfront was since there is water everywhere, so I had to end up looking it up on the wiki and what I told you above is what it said.

 

Ahhh...I was trying to be smart and just typing "Cugel"...I'll have to remember to be more verbose with the NPCs.

 

But remember....even though it is supposed to work with all of them, it only worked with one guard for me.

hm, I'll see why all guards aren't supporting that. It's supposed to be all NPCs (with the exception of some NPCs like Siranto)
