Details: The Repair skill from the Carpentry skill seems broken.
With 80 skill, i still repair only 40 damage with a repair kit.

@Arcanoxer, are you using this out in the world or on a crafting table? i think the skill only applies to table usage.

 

I was using a normal Carpentry table for the repair.

 

in that case i suspect you're hitting bad rng. the skill does not give a specific amount boost every time.
