[Info needed] Cart to Etceter in Bladewyke drops you directly into lunar rift

So, several times now, when I use the cart to Etceter in Bladewyke, it will dump me directly into the lunar rift in Etceter. I have no opportunity to move, and then I am sent directly to wherever the rift is going at that moment. I can work around it using the Bastion's point chronometer; that way I know where I am going when I click on the cart in Bladewyke. However, I assume this isn't the way it is meant to work?

 

@Violet Nightshade, it sound like etceter is saving your spawn location. you're arriving the rift because that's where you last left from, which is (of course) a vicious cycle, since you can't help but leave by the rift when you arrive in it.

a: walk into town once from the overworld to reset it and
b: get in the habit of double-clicking rifts from outside rather than running into them so it doesn't happen again.
