Castle lot has bugged ground areas, can't place a greenhouse there

4. Details: Certain spots in the castle lot I'm renting in Brit Alleys won't allow me to place greenhouses in some locations, it turns red although there is plenty of room for the greenhouse to fit. I'm not at my item limit and there is nothing else on the ground there. I have currently found two locations, I haven't been able to search the whole lot yet. I'm in the process of gathering more iron to make more greenhouses to put on the rest of the lot... But there is a problem for certain in these two locations in the pictures below.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Move a greenhouse into the bugged location to see it's red.

Added: It is also very hard moving some items around, it's hard to pick them up, I had to be very close to them and click them a few times to rearrange them.
