Cat Killing

Odd. Every dog I've come across has been protected. So has the one cat I've found. Not sure what the hell the devs were posting about in the patch notes at this point, and I suspect that they're not going to clear it up either. Oh well.

 

There is no secret cat level.

 

They make decent training dummies right now though. Really good for those pesky skills a gustball doesn't work with.

 

Anybody check on the cat lady in Aerie? I wonder if she's lost it and gone on a bloody spree?

 

She has. Completely destroys the associated quest.

 

Very upsetting to see all the little furballs being attacked. Please stop letting this happen.

 

Please stop the NPCs killing the cats.

In protest I am putting a pet cat on my lots and calling up a cat to follow me.

 

I just patched and it looks like they fixed it. Not seeing the vendor in Jaanaford killing my favorite cat anymore. It walked right up to him, and he didn't lay a hand on the cat.

 

Dogs all over New Britannia are being senselessly slaughtered by a silent group of extremist cat lovers. These people think they're defending rights for cats when all they're really doing is hampering any real chance we have to squash the spread of kitty infections... and on top of all that, they're needlessly culling and murdering poor helpless little puppy dogs. And now we can put bear heads on walls... will no one speak for the bears? Who here will speak for Gentle Ben?
