The town is located just outside soltown. Very hard to miss.

Simon had a good way to do his where it wasn't more work for me. Perhaps we can do it that way in the future for you, if you decide to run another spin-off. IF the winning fish is from your town you contribute an additional prize. This way I'm not keeping a separate tally of biggest fish in one of the towns, and I'm still on track to only track the biggest fish overall.

(IE: To beat Ravenscar, you must catch a longer Spotted Bass than he did.

Contest Rules
1 Prize per person per category (Total of 5 Prizes available to each player)

DROP OFF: You can drop off your fish at any time during the contest in the chests next to
Shipwreck Sam on the village lot owned by Rook Strife in Islands of Wonders.
(Just East of the main docks along the shore)

You may drop off as many fish as you like,
but only your top fish in each chest will count toward prizes
Fish must be caught in Islands of Wonders during the Week 17 Catnip Contest
All Fish Variants count: Large, Regular, Small
Ties will be broken by earliest catch date
Fish will be returned and Prizes mailed out after the contest.

For Daring Adventurers, There is also a quest that starts with a Looking for help note on the Bulletin Board just above the Main Docks

CROSS-OVER EVENTS:
Prizes provided by the Community Manager will be available for attendees of the PvP and Fishing events, but governors, guild leaders and players are welcome to sweeten the pot by providing additional prizes based on objective criteria entirely of their own design. In fact, please consider planning events to overlap the duration and chosen weekly locations of the PvP and Fishing developer events. Please post these events in the in-game events forums and the Community Manager will promote accordingly. After the first week of these events, likely there will be a pause for planning before additional weeks start rolling in, but after that point? Expect a constant stream of weekly events, each to feature new locations and new objectives. Please submit links to event threads which take place in the spotlighted towns, PvP zone or PvE zone.
