Certain Summons not scaling in some way

1. Title: Certain summons are not scaling in some form or another.
   
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
3. Blocker: No
   
4. Details: The phoenix summon is not gaining damage benefits from the Sun Specialization, whilst the debuffs/abilities of the Wisp and Daemon summon aren't scaling at all.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location where you can summon a wisp, phoenix, or daemon pet. Step 3: Summon one of those pets. Step 4: Order the pet to attack a target and make note of the effectiveness, damage, and duration of any abilities they use (If the phoenix, then take note of the damage it deals). Step 5: Level that pet up a few times as well as its appropriate specialization. Step 6: Resummon the the same pet and order it to attack the target again. Step 7: Notice the lack of change effectiveness, damage, and duration (If phoenix, observe the lack of damage scaling.
   
6. User Specs: PC running Windows 8, 64 bit OS, Game Release 62

 

I've tested these at level 0, 100, 120, and 200 and can confirm these are broken and not scaling. Phoenix damage and Wisp debuffs don't scale at all. Daemons health and chaos spell don't scale, but his damage does.

Without the secret handshake and appropriate wink and nod at the exact right time, you are not privileged enough to know exactly what the devs changed or how it affects your summoned pet. I mean, otherwise it would be in the tool tip for the pet and or specialization, right? BTW, the same holds true for the supposed upgrade to crit chance based on dex. Expect the normal "Working as intended".
